The remodel will be a complete overhaul of the existing building and will include adding an additional floor.
Hotel Indigo is a part of the InterContinental Hotel Reservation System, also know as IHG. IHG also runs hotels such as Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Crowne Plaza Hotel, and many more.

1801 Oak Street is leased to ITap and Mission Taco. ITap is the ultimate beer bar, featuring 56 rotating drafts and hundreds of bottled beer. Mission Taco servers MexiCali street food, craft beer and handmade cocktails. 1801 Oak Street is scheduled for completion in summer of 2017.
